Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you don’t, feel free to send it back to us or bring it in to our store. 

Orders, once placed, may not be cancelled due to our quick processing times.

Our store policies for returns are –

-Store credit only within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions. 

- Any original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

- Items that are deemed final sale, unreturnable, and nonrefundable: shoes, bodysuits, leggings, jewelry/accessories (including head bands, sunglasses, scarves, but not limited to), handbags/totes, bralettes/tank tops, makeup, seasonal items (including tees, sweaters, etc.), consumable goods, and sale/clearance items.

- No cash refunds.

-Important!  ONLY unworn, unwashed, brand new condition with all tags are eligible for return.  Items free of perfume, deodorant, smoke, pet odors, and pet hair cannot be returned as they are not able to be resold.

-Please fold items neatly, and we prefer that you wrap the item in some sort of tissue paper so that they are protected from damage during shipping.

-Excessive return policy – Only 6 returns per calendar year are accepted.  After 6 returns, a 20% restocking fee will be added.  If returns are still being made after the 20% restocking fee, we reserve the right to not accept any future orders.  

- All returns are subject to management approval.

- If you return an item that is listed as non-returnable through mail, you will not get a refund or store credit and your item will be donated.

- Upon receiving an item you feel it is damaged/defective or you receive the incorrect item(s), email us within 3 days. amanda@saltclothingco.co or madison@saltclothingco.co  We have a very short return window to send it back to the vendor.

 

To make a return:

If your item(s) was purchased in-store, please return it to the store. As long as your return is eligible based on criteria above, you will be issued your credit at that time. 

If your item(s) was purchased on the website, please initiate your return by contacting us at hello@saltclothingco.co - all returns must be pre-approved and require a copy of the approval email in your shipment. 

You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s).  We recommend shipping USPS, UPS, or FEDEX and get tracking to follow as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage caused by the shipping service you chose for the return.

When your package is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

Once your return is processed, a store credit will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
